VOLUNTEERING
Loudoun County MADD is a grass-roots organization, staffed with volunteers who get the message out that drinking and driving is unacceptable behavior. We do this in many ways. These include:

  • Assembling red ribbon cards for our campaigns.  We distribute up to 100,000 ribbons each year in Loudoun County.
  • Help the Sheriff's Department with Loudoun County's Sobriety checkpoints.
  • Help staff booths at various festivals and events.
  • MADD sponsored events such as the Poster-Essay contest.

EVERY SUNDAY -Data Entry- Volunteers enter the results of the Loudoun DUI cases into the MADD Loudoun court database at the Sterling MADD office. Each person enters data for 2 hours from 9:00am to 5:00pm on Sundays.

To apply please send an e-mail to maddloudoun@aol.com and I will email you back the volunteer application form you to fill out. Both, adults, high school, & college students earning community service for school credit or court ordered persons can apply.

We need your help with planned events as well as publicizing our car donation program.  If you can volunteer for any of the events listed below, we would be very grateful. Please leave us an E-mail to maddloudoun@aol.com with the dates and times that you are available. We also need help distributing flyers for the Car Donation Fund Drive. If you could put a display box at your workplace or in your neighborhood we would be most appreciative. Thank you for your previous support of Loudoun County MADD.
