All Loudoun Victim Impact Panel presentations are held at the Eastern Loudoun Regional Library in Sterling; which is now being held at the Cascades Library. If you were convicted in a jurisdiction other than Loudoun County, please be aware that preference is given to Loudoun convictions first.
Doors open at 5:30 PM and the course promptly begins at 6:00 PM
